Networking problem

I have a 4 computers network, the last time I added my PC
to the network was wen I formatted my PC. Now the problem
is that every time that I want to see my network places or
my other computers an error comes up saying that I don't
have permission to access the network. I'm the
administrator "supposedly" and all my other computers can
see me, but I can't see them.

Please help

Do you have the newly formatted p.c. set to a

workgroup.If you are on a workgroup on your network, all
p.c.'s need to be set to the same to see each other.
