Hi,

When I leave my Windows XP Pro machine without shutting it down for an hour
or so, i am unable to access any network resources...and if i try replicating
my lotus notes client, i get the following error message:

"The TCP/IP protocol stack reported that It ran out of memory. Consult your
network documentation.."

I tried reinstalling the n/w drivers, resetting the tcp/ip stack..nothing
works..
Please help !!!!!!!!!

Thanks,

Thank you for the reply.

What value should I specify for the new DWORD IRPStackSize(as it is listed
on the website, that a value appropriate for my network from the hexadecimal
range of 0xb to 0x32 should be specified)?

I am not sure what they mean by the saying "value appropriate for my network"

Thanks again

Nobody knows - it's kind of trial and error. Switch to decimal and try 18.
