Hi,
In order to find out what hotfix is needed we need to
have a look at the event log in more detail. Could you
please do the following:
1. Open Network Places so that an error is generated.
2. Open up event viewer (Control Panel > Performance &
Maintanence > Administrative Tools > Event Viewer)
3. Look for an error message that occured upto 2 minutes
ago (source will probably be 'explorer.exe').
4. Please provide me with the 'source' from the source
column and the error code (e.g source:explorer, Error
Code:1002)
Thanks, Luke.
shared documents, an error window pops up and sends a
report and my windows explorer restarts. when i click
send report it tells me that i need a certain hotfix but
it doesnt give me a link or exact location. supposedly
this is a common problem. i need help. does anyone have a
link or solution on how to get the hotfix???
