Networking not available after removing SP3

I had to remove SP3 from a machine because of an application conflict. Now
that machine does not have any share tabs in the properties area for the
machine. Any idea on how I can resolve this issue??

You may have to re-install "File and Printer Sharing". Follow this path:
Control Panel / Network Connections / Local Area Connection (or similar) /
Properties / Install / Service (I think) / File and Printer Sharing.
