Networking- Can't see other computers on my network

I am having trouble with my new computer. Ever since I installed it on my network neither it nor other computers can communicate with eachother on the network. All computers are under MSHOME workgroup. Before I added this new computer I was able to communicate and share files and printers perfectly in my network. Does anyone have any idea what could be wrong?
