network trafic tool

There is a small office (~15 PCs or so) which seems to network
congestion to it's main office ~3000 miles away. Is there some tool
that could be loaded on each PC (Windows XP) which could be used to log
data about each user's use of the network? Looking at gathering which
sites they connect to, about of trafic send/recieved from each
connection, etc. Would like to monitor the site for at least a week and
perhaps two would be better.
