network traffic

What's the best way to measure network traffic? I have a
hub with a dual boot Windows/Linux on a machine. I'm
looking for software to measure throughput, and which is
best to check which box is get extra traffic. Any
suggestions?

For free tools, you can user Netmon or Ethereal. Plus there are plenty
others on the web.
