Network Setup Disk

I wish to set up a cable network between computers having
Windows Me and Windows XP.The Windows XP, Network Wizard
advises you to use a Network Setup Disk which they will
write to a removable CD of diskette. My Toshiba Computer
had a Drag and Drop writeable CD only and therefore I need
to know the name of the files which would comprise the
Network Setup Disk.
Your help would be appreciated.

Copy this file to a CD and run it on the other computer:

C:\Windows\System32\Netsetup.exe
