Network set up but nothing showing in My Network Places

Hi,

To have your workgroup home network up, or to set any
network connection, you have to become under
Administrator account so you can install anything you
want.

so log first to an Administrator account on your both
pc's then install your home network.

The user account being used on each PC is an
Administrator! Could be anything to do with the fact
that we are linked with a crossover cable??
