network problem

i can t aces network on my pc on laptops i see that network and use it but
on my pc i can t reach it sys you don t have permission of administrator to
aces this network

i tray everything i chacked who is administrator on PC i chacked all
services all of them are on but (i can use internet network is prob) do i
need to made one pc as server? (becouse i have 6 users) most funny thing is
that on laptops that network is working but on my PCs it doesn t work
Please heelp meeeeee!
 
If you turn off the firewall, can you ping each other by IP?

i made network problem was in netbios somehow it wans t installed i install
it and now it s working thanks anyway
