Network Problem

When I click on View Workgroup Computers, I get the error
message "MsHome is not accessible. You might not have
persmission to use this network resource. Contact the
network administrator to find out if you have access
permission. The list of servers for this workgroup is not
currently availible." I should have full access to the
network.

Any help is appreciated

What happens if you turn on all computers, log them on, then walk away for
at least 15 minutes? Does browsing work then?
