network problem xp pro using workgroups

using xp pro with win 98 and win2k; set up new xpro using workgrp and made
xpro my internet server. othe cpu's able to use xpro as internet server. they
can see xpro on network neighborhood in workgrp. but i can't see other cpu's.
whe i click workgrp from my network places i get workgrp not accessible list
of servers for workgrps not available; i'm sharing root hard for now; need to
copy alot of info once i network. i'am logged on as admin. privledges.
pinging other cpu's with ip address works fine. don't believe to have nic
card or driver issue. help!!

First, check for any misconfigured or overlooked personal firewalls.

Next, check for browser problems.

If neither of those help, post "browstat status" and "ipconfig /all" for the
Win2K and the XP computers, and "ipconfig /all" for the Win98 computer, and
we'll diagnose the problem.
