network printing

I have an HP DesignJet 800 installed with a network card
running on our microsoft network. Recently added a
computer running XP. The computer cannot find the
plotter. All others can see it. Any ideas?
 
I have the same problem. I have a network with about 20
computers must running win 2000 all can see the computer
with the laserjet printer even the xp home machine can see
it but it does not see the printer attached to the
computer. I need help on how to install the network
printer on a computer running xp home.
