Network Printer Shared on Local Machine

At school they have recently added some XP Pro machines to the network. When they install a networked printer onto these machines it only installs for the current user and not for every user. Any ideas how to install it for all users?

I have read that article and tried it but that only installs the printer for
user accounts on the local machine, it needs to be installed for any user in
the domain any ideas?
