Network printer installing off-line

I have installed all the drivers. I have found the printer through the wizard
in Windows. However, after the install, the printer icon is gray. In the
properties, it states that the printer is off-line, but the text is gray and
unclickable, and the "connect" link is also gray and unclickable.

Please help!!!!!

How can i connect to this printer that my computer obviously sees?

you will need to place the printer online at the server.
