Network Password

I cannot access my incoming mail because I keep getting the "Enter Network
Password" box when I click "send/receive." I didn't make any changes, yet
it just started doing this.

Chris, I bet this isn't an Outlook error but your email
host internet provider is not recognizing your
user/password to let you in to get your emails.

I suggest you call the provider.
If you just want to try something before doing this, goto
tools/email accounts/view change
Delete your email account you're having problems with
then readd all the information again carefully.
Then close outlook and reopen it. Then try to
send/receive again and see if you get your emails.

I finally fixed it. Somehow, my password got changed in my account. Does
anyone know how this could have happened?

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. Due to
the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.

After searching google.groups.com and finding no answer, Chris asked:
