Network Password

At home I have a peer to peer network which I can connect my PC to my work
laptop and my own laptop. Only my work laptop has the guest account password
activated, but my PC is has suddenly started to ask for a password when I try
to access the shared folders from either of my laptops. Also, my PC will not
see the laptops on the network. I have re run the network setup wizzard , but
this has not helped.
This means that at the moment I cannot move files around my PCs.
My PC and work laptop are currently running XP Pro SP2 and my own laptop
runs XP Home SP1.

Anyone any ideas?
