Network Neighborhood workgroup account

Hello,

In our network neighborhood, there is extra workgroups created that we would
like to disable those, how to do so?

And prevent from happening about this in the future?

If they have no members, they'll disappear on their own eventually. If
someone plugs into your network with a workstation configured w/a workgroup,
you'll see the workgroup show up.
