Network Neighborhood doesn't show computers

I have a WIN2K computer on a Small Business Server
network that doesn't show any computers in network
neighborhood after clicking on the domain. I thought it
would be something with WINS but I checked the settings
and everything appears correct. Could it be sometihng in
AD or with DNS? Any ideas?

Do all the machines have the WINS address in their config?
NetBIOS NOT disabled? (As Aaron already asked).
