Network Monitoring Tools

I am looking into buying (or freeware) a Network Monitoring tool for my
network.

I have tried a few trail versions and the MS NetMon, but wondered if there
are any SIMPLE to use "favourites" out there.

I just want a SIMPLE tool to view network traffic, bandwidth etc, that shows
all the client machines on the network (preferably by computer name or
domain id) so I can see all the bottlenecks.

Any Ideas???
