network monitor

on my net, one of my employees may be eating up my bandwidth.

so, I am looking for a tool that will monitor the traffic of the 6
computers on my network. not content, just volume. and not just
realtime, but snapshots throughout the day.

Hi,


You can capture the network traffic by using the Netcap utility . You can
install the Netcap utility by installing it from Windows xp CD-ROM.

XP...!!!????

Most network admins and power users are quite comfortable with the
command line. You were quite rude about the help you were given. Try
Googling for "network monitor Windows gui" if you need a gui. I got
over 300,000 links with that search term. I personally like nmap, but
then I don't need a gui and I don't know if nmap runs on Windows.
