network logins

I am trying to seperate the local login from my network
login. I need to be in the 'administrator' account
locally, but standard rights on the network. can anybody
tell me how to do this? Running Windows 2000 professional
on both ends and also attaching to a novel network.

From your desktop, right click "My Computer" and click "Manage"

From the menu pane on the left, expand "Local users and groups". Click on the Groups folder. Then you will see the Administrators group in the right pane. Open it up and add yourself to that group.
