Network & Internet Connections error

Go into Control Panel then "Network & Internet Connections" and get message
"an error occurred while windows was working with the Control Panel file.
C:WINDOWS\system32\netsup.cp"..have to click OK a number of times to get out
of the window..need help,,thanks & Merry Christmas....pauline

The file should probably be renamed to 'netsup.cpl' , but whatever it is
named, you can be fairly sure it's your systems way to offer 'net support'
to your preinstalled system.
