network installation help please

How can I install WinXP on clean computer (formated HD) from network? I have
local network and another PC with shared folder with (I386 copy from CD).
What is needed? WinXP boot disk? What is the name of file (client program?)
, that can create connection with shared folder on another PC (distrubution
server) after boot from (for examle WINME Boot disk) I know after this I
can run WINNT.EXE.

You need to have a boot disk that loads your network card drivers and the
appropriate protocol. If you use a commonly available network card, you
could try

If your isn't commonly available, you can download a template from my
website. The page contains instructions on how to modify the disk to match
your network card.
