When trying to set up our wireless home network, we are
receiving the following error message from the desktop
computer: "Spooler SubSystem App has encountered a
problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the
inconvenience." The Desktop can (sometimes) see the
laptop, but the laptop cannot see the desktop. Any ideas?
