Network drive (home drive) not staying connected to proper folder.

We have about 200 machines on a domain, connected to several domain
controllers. All are Windows XP SP2 machines. Home folders are set up in
Active directory to map to P: with \\server\mycompanydocs\%username% when
created.

My Documents folders are redirected to "my documents" folders under the
username folder. (accompllished by group policy)

Sometimes, and randomly, the drives disconnect from the stations
and /or
Sometimes people will come back to their computers and find that their P:
drive shows the share-level folders instead of their home folder beneath.
For example: P: would be linked to \\server\mycompanydocs instead of
\\server\mycompanydocs\username .

Any suggestions?

We are having the exact same issue, but I have not found a
resolution. Anyone have any ideas?
