Network Diagnostics and DNSServerSearchOrder failure

I just reformatted my hard drive and moved to XP from 98SE. I already have a home network that was running fine before the change. I ran the Network Setup Wizard and the New Connection Wizard successfully. I also ran the Wizard on the 98SE computer. I cannot see the other computer on the network but I can get to the 'net. I removed the adapter and it's configurations and reinstalled them; no change. Under "Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) properties, both "Obtain an IP addrss automatically" and "Obtain DNS address automatically is selected.

When I run "Network Diagnostics" it fails on "DNSServerSearchOrder" with the two ip address under DNS Servers (see below). I don't know where these addresses come from or how to get rid of them.

Here's what I get with ipconfig /all:

Those addresses should be coming from your DHCP server which I'm guessing is
part of your Internet router. Is your other computer using DHCP? If so,
does it get the same DNS server addresses? Are you able to connect to the
other machines via IP address?
