network connections folder crash. Dr Wtson error+log

Hi all. Having a problem adding a network adapter. When I enter network
connections and click Properties for my Local Area Connection explorer.exe
crashes.

Dr. Watson log:
Application exception occured:

Exection number: c0000005 (access violation)
