Network Connections at Home

What operating system do you have on these PC's ??
How are these machines connected together ? Twisted LAN
cable, router, parallel cable ??
Disable all firewalls for now until you get this working.

Help! I have 2 PC's that I ran the CD for and they are

not connected through the workgrioup I set up. The
secondarty PC, which connects to the main can see that
system. The main system does not see the seciondary PC.
I get an error message stating that I need to contact an
administrator. Both PCs are set up without a login
requirement. What gives?

I am using Windows XP Home on both systems.
