Hi,
Pls help :)
os winxp prof sp2, user added to administrators group
There is network connection and when I try to display properties of the
connection I receive alert about disabled properties of the connection,
please contact administrator.
I checked keys in the registry:
HKCU\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\Network Connections
HKKM\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\Network Connections

and there aren’t even defined such the keys.
I run regmon, and tried to display properties but I couldn’t find the
proper key registry value.

Pls suggest any solutions

Hi zcxz,

Type gpedit.msc in the run dialog box,in the group policy console expand
under User Configuration\administrative Templates\Network\Network Connection.
There will be an option prohibit access to the properties to a LAN

Thank You for the answer but exactly this policy sets up the registry
keys which I mentioned and these keys don’t exist :)
