"Network connection may have been lost"

I'm getting the very alarming message "Network connection
may have been lost".

What is wrong and how do i fix it?

Unfortunately, that's a fairly serious error message, and your database may
not be repairable. Hopefully you have a backup that you can recover from.

To ensure it doesn't happen again, make sure you've installed the latest
service pack. See the following KB article for more details:
