NETWORK CABLE UNPLUGGED

JUST INSTALLED CABLE MODEM AND "NETWORK CABLE UNPLUUGED"
KEEPS POPPING UP. ANY WAY TO RESOLVE THIS PROBLEM?
 
I have two adapers unplugged what do I fix them
