hello, im running winxp home and my wiressless adapter and 1394 adapter are
bridged but the icon is missing. anyone have any idea how i can break this
bridge or change the settings? or even how to get the icon to reappear?
thanks
The network bridge icon should appear in the Network Connections
folder. Are the wireless and 1394 adapters enabled? Are there any
messages in Event Viewer that might explain why the network bridge
doesn't appear? Click Start | Control Panel | Performance and
Maintenance | Administrative Tools | Event Viewer. For more
information, see:
HOW TO: View and Manage Event Logs in Event Viewer in Windows XP

You can create or remove the network bridge by the options that you
give to the Network Setup Wizard.
