Network and sharing center

My network and sharing center isnt saving changes, every time I change the
network's to Private after a reboot it goes back to public.... I have no idea
why. FYI I am running Wireless for the internet and that connection shared to
a hub for other devices ex.. xbox 360.. media center extender.
