Network adsl problem, works ok in safemode though

I upgraded to XP recently. Since then I cannot connect to the Web unless in
Safe Mode with Networking.

In Normal Mode I can see my IP, Gateway settings etc and they are correct.
These are obtained from my Router (wireless)

I have tried a normal network card as well and have the same problem, so i
know the problem is not wireless related.

How can i find out whats different in Safe Mode from Normal. I know it loads
the basic setting in Safe, but I cant see the differences from normal. Could
it be a network setting, if so can i delate all my network setting and start
again.

The PC is connected to a router, which is connected to an ADSL and thats it.

If you are having any firewall or antivirus installed on your computer.Just
reinstall it.
