Network Admin rights

I have set up 2 pc's using the xp network wizard, i can
see both p,cson the network and folders are shared.
I can even access the net via both pc;s but when i click
on a folder it says i dont have access rights.
Contact the administrator, this is realy bugging me
anyone help.

i Have now found out that if i disable the network card
and then re enable it i can access the shared folders one
way.

Ping works fine on both m/c's and firewalls are disabled.
