Network adaptors

Trix asks-
I have installed SP2 -works fine-with Mcafee firewall AVG and Adaware but
not with BT.Was before but not now says cannot find the server on browsing
with explorer any ideas welcome. Help/Support network diagnostics show
network adaptors failed on DNSServerSearchOrder and NewsServer. How to
resolve please?
 
Don't know whether this is what the OP meant, but in the UK it usually
refers to British Telecom.
