Network adapter route doesn't go off when restarting

When I restart a notebook and try to connect via RAS, the
connection is established OK but I can't access the
network, if I run a "route print" command I can see the
NIC routes available, so, the notebook is trying to
communicate through the NIC, not the modem....

If the NIC is not connected and not in use, you should use a hardware
profile with the NIC disabled.
