Network Adapter conflict

I've got a network adapter conflict on something called a
1394 Net Adapter... what does it do and how do i resolve
the conflict? Any ideas would be apprecated

1394 is usually your Firewire port. Disable any networking protcols on
that card to avoid conflicts.
