Quick question (I know it has most likely been asked 1000) times, but I can't find an easy answer. Is there a somewhat easy way to access Novell directory information through Windows 2000 workstations (Active Directory) without having to log into the Novell server also and assign rights via active directory instead?

Barry,

LDAP.

All NDS values can be accessed through LDAP. Create a user in NDS with the
required rights to objects and/or attributes and use this account to login
with a LDAP client on the workstation.
Many applications have LDAP agents, but there are lots of stand-alone
agents. This is an example:

try this - adrem server manager
