Netware and Windows 2000 Server

A question regarding users in a Netware 5 network needing
to connect to Exchange 2000 Mailboxes in a Windows 2000
domain.

We have 250 users in Netware 5. Who need to connect to
the mailboxes in a Win 2000 domain. Preferably we do not
want them to get prompted for a second logon as this will
frustrate them.

How is the best possible way to do this?

They all need AD accounts with same name as NDS accounts.
They also need the same password in both directories. This
is easy to achieve if you install Novell Account
Management or DirXML, it will automatically synchronise
passwords and automatically set up both accounts for you.
