Netsh - sporder.dll

Error: netsh - unable to locate component. sporder.dll is
not found

Anyone know how to remedy this?
 
Some netsh helper must rely on sporder.dll which is not included in Windows.
What command were you running?

You can get sporder.dll by downloading the platform SDK.
