I have installed windows xp on my computer. I have
downloaded netscape 7.1 and installed it. But i can not
open it. Not from the shortcut onthe desk top or from the
stat menu. Can anybody help me

Not sure why you are asking this on an IE6 ng, but...
If you moved the folder where NS installed to, the Registry store for
Netscape's default profile will be invalid. It normally pops up an alert box
informing you of this, as well as providing a way of creating a new profile.
However, if you also have a popup blocker installed, it would prevent this
from happening.
