Netscape Removal

Per a tech support person's instruction, I set Netscape as
my web browser temporarily to repair an error I was having
with Explorer. I reinstalled Explorer but can not remove
Netscape from programs. When I click on "Change/Remove"
it prompts with all the right questions, 'Are you sure you
want to uninstall Netscape and all of its
components'...but when I click yes, it just closes and
program stays in system. Any thoughts? Oh, I have made
sure that none of the Netscape services were set as
defaults and restarted many times, along with loading all
current critical updates this morning. Thanks for any
help.

You could try to just re-install Netscape into the same install
directory. Then uninstall should work.
