Windows XP Home Edition Upgrade Version 2002 installed
July 4, 2003. New user.
I had Windows ME till then and used a Logitech camera for
NetMeeting.
How can I use NetMeeting with this version of Windows XP?

The same way you used it with ME. The only difference is
that, for some unknown reason, netmeeting does not appear
to be installed on XP Home. It is installed, just hidden.
Go to Start/Run and type 'conf' (without the quotes) The
netmeeting configuration setup will run and you can setup
your audio/video and user details. You will also have the
oppotunity to place an icon on the desktop or in the
quicklaunch bar

Hope this helps
