XP already has netmeeting. It just so happens that it is
hidden. To start the setup program go to Start/Run. In
the Run box type 'Conf' (without the quotes). The
netmeeting setup will begin so you can select audio and
video setting and insert you details etc. During setup
you will have the option to put an icon on the desktop
and quick launch bar. Just uncheck the site you do not
want an icon. If you want an icon both on the desktop and
quick launch bar then leave both boxes checked.
