NetMeeting

I would like to have a video conference with
two of my friends, but it only seems to allow two people
at once. Can NetMeeting be configured to allow three
people to be simlutaneously connected so we can talk and
see each other? If not then can MSN Messenger? Or could
you please recommend other software to use instead...
