NetMeeting with XP

I have added Netmeeting to systems running XP by going
to "Help and Support" and searching on Netmeeting. There
is an icon that activates Netmeeting. I have tried it
several times today on my XP notebook and it is not
working. I am wondering if one of the recent security
patches is the culprit. "little help"
