Netmeeting not running

Dear All
I cannot run Netmeeting on this PC, windows XP Home, it seems to be
installed okay, but it is not in add/remove programmes.

I downloaded another copy, v 3.01 but it says this will not work on this
system.

If I click on the conf32.exe (or the desktop shortcut) Microsoft Antispyware
prog says it has allowed the programme, but nothing else happens.

Any advice welcome please.

Dear Carey
I have followed the link, followed the instruction to remove and reinstall
Netmeeting, but it still does the following:-
I run the program, the "Welcome" window comes up and Microsoft Antispyeware
prog pops up and says it has allowed Netmeeting, but the Netmeeting welcome
screen disappears and nothing happens.

I checked Task Manager/Processes and conf32.exe is shown but not using any
resources, system idle is high around the 95%, so nothing seems to be
blocking it.
Yours
Barry
