Netmeeting and Windows XP

I cannot find any downloads or information about using
Netmeeting with Windows XP Professional. Is Netmeeting
available for Windows XP Professional?

Do the following ok it's part of XP

How to start Netmeeting in Win XP Pro and Hm
Start | run | type 'conf' in the box ( without the quotes ), hit return
